John shared his business and relationships with me teaching me something more valuable than just how to do a deal, but when — we do the right deal, at the right time, for the right reasons, always. With his guidance, I leaned into education, leading me to become the youngest female at the time to earn a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation at the age of 25.
